You get a plan
A recommended schedule, what each visit would cover, and clear pricing.

- A list of medications
- Recent changes in health, mood, or memory
- Any falls in the last year
- What a normal day looks like
- What your loved one is most worried about losing
- What the family can realistically cover
None of it is required. Come as you are.
What we will not do
- Pressure you into signing anything
- Push more hours than your family needs
- Talk about your loved one as if they are not in the room
- Hide fees or add surprise charges
- Promise medical outcomes. We are not medical providers
If home care is not the right answer for your family, we will say so.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to book care afterward.
How long does it take?
Usually about an hour, longer if you have a lot of questions. We do not rush it.
Who should be there?
Your loved one, and any family members involved in the decision. Being there in person helps everyone.
What if we are not ready for care yet?
That is fine. Many families meet us months before they start. You will know what your options are when the time comes.
