What is non-medical home care?
Non-medical home care is help with everyday life at home: bathing and dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and companionship. It does not include nursing, wound care, injections, or therapy. If your loved one needs medical care, ask their doctor about home health.
What does private pay mean?
It means families pay for care directly instead of billing insurance or Medicare. Some families use long term care insurance or veterans benefits to help cover the cost. We explain everything clearly before care starts, with no surprise charges.

Will my loved one have the same caregiver every visit?
Consistency matters, especially for someone with memory loss. We work hard to match your loved one with a caregiver who fits them and to keep that person on the schedule.

Do you provide care for someone with dementia?
Yes. We provide calm, patient support at home for people living with dementia and Alzheimer's, with familiar routines and gentle redirection.
Can you give my mom her medications?
We provide medication reminders, which means prompting your loved one to take medication they manage themselves. We do not administer medication, because that is medical care.
